Franc is a gifted teacher and coach with experience in different fields. Hewas professor at Prins Claus Conservatory Groningen for five years and Head of Percussion Department at CREA-University of Amsterdam. Already in 1993 he initiated the succesfull Drummers Initiative Drumschool where he still prepares students for Conservatory auditions, amongst others.

He is also a certified trainer/coach designing and executing training-modules for individual professionals and teams in organizations.
