The percussive teambuilding workshop
The core of Franc’s TalkDrums interventions is the Percussive Teambuilding Workshop (PWT). Using body sounds and Afro- Brazilian percussion instruments — various drums, shakers, and bells — we work through rhythmic exercises towards performing a genuine, tradition-based composition.
This interactive session is a perfect icebreaker, shifting the participants’ mindset in a short time from head to heart, from thinking to feeling. To bring the music to life, you need to be able to immerse yourself in the group and accept becoming a part of it — a cog in the bigger whole.
The result can be quite surprising and remarkable, releasing also a great deal of energy. Yet the true gain lies in the process. In fact, we create a pathway that helps every individual to more easily find their way to the collectiveness of the team.

Besides the PTW our corporate program offers Energizers, 360 Feedback Assessments and Learning Modules. The team programs are carefully composed around modular, customizable exercises. In addition to the interactive music sessions we offer outdoor excursions, masterclasses, and presentations.
