We successfully designed tailored training sessions around themes like Teambuilding, Transition, Diversity & Inclusion. Wether your team is new, has gone through changes or is part of an organization in transition, the TalkDrums Team Sessions are helpful to (re)gain focus and coherence.

The percussive teambuilding workshop

The core of Franc auf dem Brinke’s TalkDrums interventions is the Percussive Teambuilding Workshop (PWT). Using body sounds and Afro- Brazilian percussion instruments — various drums, shakers, and bells — we work through rhythmic exercises towards performing a genuine, tradition-based composition.

This interactive session is a perfect icebreaker, shifting the participants’ mindset in a short time from head to heart, from thinking to feeling. To bring the music to life, you need to be able to immerse yourself in the group and accept becoming a part of it — a cog in the bigger whole.

The result can be quite surprising and remarkable, releasing also a great deal of energy. Yet the true gain lies in the process. In fact, we create a pathway that helps every individual to more easily find their way to the collectiveness of the team.
